Cancellations
Customers may cancel purchase orders, in
writing, prior to the production of the
order. Customer will be responsible for
all expenses incurred related to the order,
including materials that have been ordered
that Wild Stickers cannot cancel. Customer
agrees to pay reasonable charges for administrative
costs incurred by Wild Stickers in processing
the order to the point of cancellation.

Overruns
and Underruns
Unless specifically stated on the purchase
order, the customer will deem overruns and
underruns of up to 5% acceptable. It is
the policy of Wild Stickers to use excess
overruns as samples for advertising unless
the customer indicates, in writing, that
this is not acceptable. Back

Copyright
and Trademark
Customer will hold Wild Stickers harmless
when reproducing materials supplied by the
customer. It is the customer's responsibility
to ensure that all materials supplied for
reproduction do not violate copyright or
trademark restrictions. This includes, but
is not limited to, installation of software
in violation of licensing agreements, excerpted
text, electronically generated images, artwork,
etc. Wild Stickers assumes no liability
for customer's use or misuse of copyright

Production
Time
Standard production time varies by the type
of product and quantity that is ordered,
but is generally 7 to 15 working days from
the day of final artwork approval. Scheduled
ship dates are approximate, unless otherwise
committed to in writing. Changes to proofs
or the original purchase order may result
in delayed ship dates. Back

Shipping
Upon delivery of goods to specified carrier,
buyer assumes risk of loss and damages resulting
from any cause whatsoever unless insured
through carrier. Shipping dates are approximate
unless guaranteed in writing. Back

Purchase
Orders
Written purchase orders are required from
customer prior to processing order. A purchase
order is an exclusive agreement between
Wild Stickers and the issuer of a purchase
order. The order will be accepted and processing
will commence only after a signed order
acknowledgment is received from the customer.
Artwork must be received by date specified
on the order acknowledgment or estimated
ship dates may be in jeopardy. Back

Method
of Payment
All new customer accounts are to be prepaid
or C.O.D. unless a completed credit application
has been submitted by the customer and approved
by Wild Stickers. Credit terms require payment
in full no later than 30 (thirty) days from
the invoice date, provided that credit terms
have been extended by Wild Stickers. If
credit has not been approved in writing
by Wild Stickers, other terms must be arranged
in writing prior to order processing. Invoices
unpaid after thirty days are delinquent
and subject to a service charge of 1.5%
per month (18% per annum) until paid. Accounts
that become sixty days delinquent from invoice
date will automatically revert to prepayment
terms until the account is brought current.

Returns
Wild Stickers must be contacted within 14
days of the invoice date if the completed
product does not meet the customer's specifications.
All returns must be authorized in writing
prior to return shipment. Wild Stickers
generally requires that all defective product
be returned to be credited or corrected.
Return of product for inspection by Wild
Stickers is not to be construed as an admission
of the claimed defect by special or consequential
damages, unless otherwise agreed to in writing
by Wild Stickers.

Reorders
Orders that are an exact reprint of a previous
job (product, imprint and colors) will not
incur the usual setup charges. Wild Stickers
cannot guarantee the exact color match on
reorders. Reorder pricing is subject to
change. Back

Pre-Production
Proofs
Layout proofs (black and white, laser copy)
will be provided on all orders at no charge,
and are sent via fax. Color layout proofs
(color, laser copy) are available if requested
on your purchase order. Color proofs are
sent via overnight service (shipping charges
are billed to customer). Because color layouts
proofs are laser quality, Wild Stickers
does not guarantee color matching against
layout proofs. Customer must approve all
proofs in writing in order to begin production.
Failure to approve proofs within a 24-hour
period will delay ship dates. Changes to
proofs may result in additional charges
and delay of ship date. Back

Applicable
Laws
The validity, interpretation and performance
of these terms and conditions will be governed
by the laws of California, and this agreement
shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit
of the parties hereto and their respective
successors, assigns, heirs, executors and
personal representatives. Any disputes arising
from work performed by Wild Stickers will
be argued in the jurisdiction of Wild Brand,
Inc., California. Back
