Q: Can you send me a product catalog?

Because we are constantly changing and adding new artwork to our site WildStickers.com does not currently publish a product catalog. If you would like to get more information about a artwork for a particular catagory you can email us for more information.

Q: Where do you get your artwork?

The graphic designers at WildStickers.com produce much of our artwork but we also source some artwork from "Clipart" suppliers and some of the artwork is supplied to us by other artists and companies who want to have stickers made of their designs.

Q: What kind of surfaces can I install Wild Stickers on?

Wild Stickers can be applied to many different surfaces including painted metal (cars, trucks etc.), glass, other painted surfaces, fiberglass, plastics, wood, and metal. The high-quality special adhesives used on our pressure-sensitive films create an excellent bond with just about any clean, smooth, weather-resistant surface that is free of grease, dust, or any contaminates. For a long-lasting bond, the target surfaces must be properly prepared.

Q: Are Wild Stickers difficult to install?

Most of our sticker products are fairly simple to install. You can get an idea of what’s involved by reviewing our application instructions:

Large stickers, lettering and striping products are more difficult to install and may require someone with prior installation experience to apply.

Q: Can I apply Wild Stickers to the painted metal on my car?

The answer is yes. You can apply Wild Stickers to just about any smooth surface. The adhesive on Wild Stickers is very strong however and you should use common sense in applying your Wild Sticker to surfaces which you may want to remove the sticker from as you could damage or remove surface coatings of some surfaces.

Q: Will Wild Stickers peel the paint off my car if I take them off?

Not if you remove them carefully. If you decide to remove your Wild Sticker or most other decals you can use a hair dryer to apply heat while gently scraping, picking and peeling the vinyl off the surface. On glass surfaces you can use a razor blade along with the hair dryer.

The environment and surface temperatures must be at least 68°F before these films can be removed. Using a knife, first lift up one corner of the film, then slowly draw the film from the surface at a 180° angle. Heating the film with a heat gun while pulling makes removal easier. If the film being removed is very old, a small amount of residue from the adhesive may remain on the surface. This can be removed easily with varnish thinner or adhesive remover and a paper towel or lint-free cloth.

Removal may be more difficult in colder and dryer conditions.

Q: Are there any legal restrictions on where and how I install my Wild Stickers?

Certain states may have legal restrictions on where you can/cannot apply stickers on your vehicle or other surfaces. You'll need to check with your states department of motor vehicles for local regulations.

Q: Can I put clear laquer over wild sticker designs?

Yes, you can apply a water-based lacquer over our high-quality vinyl stickers. In fact Wild Stickers are great for adding a decorative touch to all sorts of surfaces. If you would like to receive a free product sample to test your lacquer technique just email us.

Q: Can I make changes to the sticker designs shown on your web site? 

Yes, we'll be happy to help you create just the right design. Contact us with your specific request or enter your telephone/email address in the "Special Instructions" area when selecting your sticker design for purchase and we will contact you to review your order.

Q: Will my cars window defroster "Melt" my Wild Sticker?

No. Wild Stickers will maintain their integrity through changes in temperature, however, vinyl can become more susceptable to cracking or breaking if scraped in extreme heat or cold. Never try to scrape off ice built up over a sticker application.

Q: How do I get a volume discount?

It's easy to get a volume discount with Wild Stickers! All you have to do is purchase 25 or more of the same sticker product to automatically receive a 50% discount on that sticker purchase. You can purchase as many different designs as you like and receive the discount as long as the total quantity selected for each design is 25 units or more. This service works great for resellers but anyone can get the same great savings with volume orders.

Q: How do I request information about a specific sticker on your WildStickers.com?

If you would like to make a change or have any questions about a particular sticker from our portfolio please email us with your question and reference the "SKU" (example: CTY055002) so that we know exactly which sticker your interested in. The SKU number can be found in the lower left corner of the purchase screen or by right-clicking your mouse on the image thumbnail and selecting "View Properties". - the SKU number is the same as the image name displayed in the pop-up window.

Q: Do you carry display racks for Wild Stickers?

Yes, If you are interested in display racks or Point-Of-Purchase signage for Wiold Stickers please contact us and we can provide more information on the options we have available.

Q: Do you have individual packaging for resale?

Yes. Wild Stickers can be packaged individually or in groups for resale for a small additional fee. Our packaging looks like the illustration below and has installation instructions written on the back of the flap:

Q: How can I get Multi-Color stickers?

Wild Stickers sells and manufactures a wide variety of custom color decals/stickers. We can also create multi-layer die-cut vinyl stickers using a variety of materials and techniques. Q: How do I order a custom sticker?

Q: How much do you charge for artwork setup on custom orders?

For larger orders any setup fee is generally waived or included in the quote. For smaller orders we charge an hourly design rate of $50/hr with a 30 minute minimum fee of $25. Click here for details.

Q: How can I forward my artwork for a custom sticker?

You can email artwork directly as an attachment or you can utilize our upload feature by attaching your image file here.

Q: How do I detemine the right size to order? Are Wild Stickers available only in the sizes shown?

Wild Stickers come in standard sizes but can also be made to a specific size at your request. You can use a tape measure to size the area of the space in which you want your decal to fit and email us with your measurements and we can provide you with a quote for your sticker.

Q: How do you measure your stickers?

Your WildStickers order is roportionately scaled to fit within the area specified in your order selection. For instance, if you select a size of 5"x5" the sticker design you chose will be scaled propotionally to fit within that area. If the design is wider than it is tall, the width of your sticker will be 5" and the height will be scaled proportionally. If the design is taller than it is wide, the height of your sticker will be 5" and the width will be scaled proportionally.

Q: When will my order arrive?

Wild Sticker orders are processed and mailed within 24 hours and delivered via USPS unless otherwise directed. We mail from San Diego, California or Des Moines, IA depending on your location so you should receive your order in 3-7 days for domestic delivery locations within the continental US.

Q: How do you ship your products?

WildStickers.com ships all of our product orders via USPS unless otherwise directed. Your order should arrive in a standard USPS envelope or box clearly labled with a "WildStickers.com" mailing label.

Q: Can I return a sticker if I decide I don't want it?

Because all Wild Stickers are made-to-order we cannot accept returns unless we have made a production error or the product meets our guarantee, In which case we will happily replace the same product.

Q: I selected a blue vinyl for my sticker but the shopping cart shows it as black?

Q: How do I buy a sticker I like?

That's entirely up to you but we recommend a color that will provide a high contrast to the color on which you will apply it for most applications so that your WildSticker can easily be seen. For instance, White or lighter colored vinyls stand out much better on tinted glass than darker colors.

Q: Why does'nt the color of my sticker change with the color I select?

Our current website does not have the functionality to change your sticker color to the vinyl color you select but check back soon for a new and improved version that will allow you to better visualize your order.
